Access and Use
To access the self-assessment tools, you must sign up using a valid phone number or email address. This helps us:
- Save your responses
- Share your results
- Allow you to return and retake the test
No formal account creation is required beyond this step.
Subscription and Payments
COMPaaS is offered as a managed subscription service. While the self-assessment may be freely accessible, continued support, consulting, and audit assistance may be subject to fees. These will be communicated separately and agreed upon prior to engagement.
Use of Results
The results generated from our assessments are indicative and not a certification of compliance. They are intended to give you an understanding of your current posture and areas of improvement. We are not liable for any business or regulatory decisions you make based on this data.
Intellectual Property
All questions, frameworks, and scoring methodologies used in the COMPaaS assessments are the intellectual property of Yoeki Soft Private Limited.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any part of the content without our express written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the results to misrepresent your organization's actual compliance status
- Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or reverse-engineer any part of the assessment process
- Share or distribute the content or framework in a commercial context without authorization
Privacy and Data Use
Your personal and organizational data (including name, email, phone number, and assessment responses) will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using COMPaaS, you consent to such collection and usage.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of COMPaaS constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yoeki Soft Private Limited from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your use of COMPaaS, violation of these Terms, or misuse of assessment results.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
